We went to this restaurant 03/01/08 in Glendale Az - We had 2 glasses of ice water spill down our back and the manager would not come out to talk to us and did not cover our bill. I understand accidents happen but the way you handled the situation was rediculous. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Great dining place for everyone. Has a wide variety of Japanese food, good service and environment. Delicious sushi and reasonable prices.
Worst service ever tonight usually like the place, tonight food was cold, bathroom didn’t even have paper towels to dry you hands...:yuck then this manager comes out let me just say this no comment .... WOW
Very good food and excellent service.
I can’t recommend this place enough. The food was sensationally fresh and delicious; our server, Gracie, was very sweet and very quick. All around a wonderful experience.
Had dinner with girl friends. Excellent menu and food is absolutely delicious.Service was awesome and Will be back again ??
The food is good but today, the front attendant (lady) didnt even welcome us, no smile just laid down the menu on the table without even telling us anything like the server will be right with...
This is your standard Japanese-American restaurant. The food isn't bad but it ain't impressive either. If you're looking for an authentic Japanese experience, go somewhere else. I got the lunch...
my favorite place for Sushi! Loved the variety and taste! Join the club and earn points for free food and fablous birthday surpr$e!!!
Went here on a Sunday and it was not too busy. We parked in the parking lot right behind the restaurant. It's free (that's one amazing thing about Burbank). Our hostess sat us down right away and...
I loved my experience dining here. I came here on a rainy afternoon and was seated promptly. We ordered the firecracker appetizer first and let me tell you. ITS DELICIOUS!!! Especially if you love...
Kabuki is one of the first restaurants that got me into liking sushi. It all started with the Vegas roll. I came here today to use the $15 birthday gift that Kabuki gives everyone who joins the...
Good sushi at a good value. Not incredibly fancy - but solid food.
So, I don't go to this place that often.
Probably have been here 3-4 times in the last 5 years.
Went there today.
Food came out pretty fast, and it was great and tasty.
Service was awesome as...
The best service ever!! Our waiter Donald was super nice and friendly. Good and delicious food.
Service has definitely gone down hill. I used to love this location. Me and my fiancé walked in and got seated right away since there was only 4 very small party's seated. We then waited about ten...
I tried to make this review without giving any star rating but could not figure out how to do it, so I had to select one star in order to post this review.
I have been very busy and did not have...
I love this place. I had never been here before. No worries, we had an amazing server. There were so many different choices. Ms. Caitlin asked us what our taste in food is like and recommended som...
Kabuki is one of our favorite restaurants for regular dining.
The sushi is always fresh and delicious! We had the spicy tuna crunch roll - beware, very spicy. I loved it but it's spicy!!! We also had the dumplings appetizer and edamame. Both equally tasty....
Visit here whenever I'm in Burbank, great location, food and service. Will definitely return on my next trip.
Poke Bowl was good, the salmon wrapped spicy tuna was also good. We had a Kabuki in Las Vegas, but it surprisingly went out of business. I noticed another Kabuki in LA was also closed. Unfortunately, even good sushi restaurants have difficulty surviving financially.
Everything was wonderful. Food was excellent. Have been there many times over the years. Never disappointed. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
This is the second time that I have eaten here for a business dinner. Both times the server was VERY slow to get initial drink orders. Table very sticky not clean. Windows dirty. The food however is good and well presented. Nothing special about atmosphere. I feel that if that could step up the service to equal food I would raise my review level.
We love the dragon rolls, made with brown rice, and real crab. Broiled mussels are a must to eat, as well as the steamed ones. The teriyaki dishes are also good. I'm disappointed that they don't have the free range roasted chicken salad, that came...
it a delicious food. What ever you order is good. The staff are friendly and very accomodating. I give it a thumbs up!
I should have eaten across the street in one of the other three sushi spots in that area!!! The place was dirty, I had to ask for a small plate for the soy sauce and then for some wasabi...then I...
Kabuki Burbank is a family favorite. Diverse menu, great for kids, lovely staff and great atmosphere ensures that you will won't be disappointed.
Excellent fresh sushi and sashimi. Busy place but easy to get a seat at the bar. Happy hour specials 3to 6 pm.
I had Saba sashimi and tako sashimi with draft sake. Yum. Thank you Oswaldo for...
We ordered some sushi, two diferent kind of rolls to go. This was rhe first day of the guy who attended us and it was a bit messy. The sushi was not the best I have tried but it was okay.
We were not impressed by the quality of the sushi, especially for the price.
service is not good and food in general it is average however sushi it is highly recomended they have a good location
Let me start by saying the food was really good. Unfortunately the wait services was horrible, we arrive and it was super busy, but that wasn’t the problem. We where seated at the back of the restaurant, it took like 10 min for the waitress to come and take our drink order. Another table got seated 5 min after us next to us. It took the waitres another 15 min to come and bring our drinks and an...
I don’t understand why you, corporate, sell gift cards with no security protocols taken to hide the PIN numbers on your cards. Have you never heard of the scam that happened years ago with gift cards sold at grocery stores? It changed the entire gift card industry except for you guys it seems. From production of the cards up until the moment it is purchased and activated anyone can note down...
Our family night out was a pleasant one thanks to our kind and awesome waiter, Ryan. Kabuki is the perfect please to satisfy your sushi cravings! Great place!
Kabuki is an average sushi restaurant that has several locations in the area. They have a wide variety of cut rolls, and sushi, along with some ramen bowls and combination lunches and dinners. While it is a solid sushi restaurant, one can do better by...
Post / Pre birthday along with a reuninon celebration, the place was nice, our host that time was very attentive & friendly. The food - it was awesome, fresh seafood & quality was served. Though it was a first time guest at the resto, definitely...
The sushi and service here is fantastic. But my favorite meal is the seafood hibachi. Everything on the dish comes out perfect every time. Service was very attentive.
Great food. Great atmosphere. Staff is good. Note: when it gets busy, it's busy so make reservations by calling them or via Open Table.
Enjoyed the variety happy hour menu...Impressed with the kids menu! Free parking, good wine and large menu
Their Classic Mixed Tempura (Vegetables and Shrimps) looked it was cooked the night before. The salad that came with my order is not fresh and and was soggy. The Brown Rice was not neatly served in its bowl container. Other Japanese Restaurants that I've dined served their Food more neatly and attractive. I can give them an excuse if they were busy but we were there at the start of their...
Great experience. Excellent food and service. Congrats!!
Amazing food---great service and the California rolls were large and scrumptious
Food and service were excellent. The Krab Wontons and Ahi Shashimi, which were on the daily special menu, were well presented, fresh and flavorful. I've found this restaurant to be consistently reliable in providing a pleasurable dining experience.
Loved the sushi and noodles!! Ecxellent service too.
Always my choice for sushi when I'm in the Burbank area
Très bon accueil, un serveur super sympathique. Choix sur la carte. Sushis excellents
This outlet of the sushi chain is conveniently located in downtown Burbank, with easy parking nearby. The food is very good and fresh, and I will definitely eat there again. The prices are in line with other sushi restaurants.
Service is a little off when they are busy. However, Kabuki has an extensive, delicious menu and is one of the top LA spots for sushi!
The food was tasty and the portions were large. The service was polite and timely.
b eautiful sushi and our server was so attentive i had iced green tea and she keot md filled
The food and service was outstanding we were there at 1:15 around lunch and the staff was great very attentive I will definitely go back :-)
So today we decided to have dinner before watching a movie. We got seated right away by a friendly smiling host, i think her name is Jessica. Our server, France was quick to get our order, all...
It's one of my favorite restaurants. I don't have any complaints.
Been going to Kabuki for about 2 years now with all my friends. Really enjoy enjoy the atmosphere and the service there. my personal favorite is the tebasaki karrage, always a great choice. Also...
Kabuki's is one of the first nice Japanese restaurants I have been too. Great location to walk around then grab a bite to eat. Service was great. We got seated quickly. Our server Shelley was...
Yes, it's a chain sushi joint - but there are some hidden gems on the menu and the service is on point. Came in a few weeks back and asked for some recommendations from Drew. He was super helpful...
This is always a great place to meet for lunch. And Kabuki has great food for lunch. Love sushi! who doesnt!
We Love Kabuki...The Vegas roll :) is awesome! The roasted almond brussel sprouts are a great appetizer and the salads are also yummy!
Kabuki is a hit or miss for me. It's seen as one of the more "fast food" type of sushi spots, but with a more hefty bill. It's a great place to come on a Friday or Saturday night with girlfriends...
Came here with my cousins and grandparents for my grandfather's 80th birthday. The staff was great and patient. Our server had great customer service and was very accommodating. We all had a great time and the bill wasn't bad either!
The food was so good that we ate there two nights in a row. Best Japanese food I've had in LA. Will definitely go back often.
I was seated as soon as I walked in even though my entire party wasn't present. I love that because some places refused to seat you until your entire party has arrived. Our server was Dae. He was super nice, knowledgeable and made great suggestions. He was extremely attentive and was clearly there to ensure we had a great experience. Food was excellent. I got the korean short ribs and...
David the Manager, very attentive to suggestions, gave me corporate's number to make a suggestion for people who have soy allergies. great place to eat!
This restaurant is one of my very favorites to go for Sushi. I also have a favorite waitress - her name is Annie. She is as awesome as the Sushi as far as helping you decide, (say it's your 1st time. I highly recommend this restaurant, it's got the best of everything,.
Great place, fresh Sushi, good alternatives for non- sushi lovers
Always a slam-dunk with Japanese cuisine - the menu has a ton of options, and whether you like sushi, salads, sashimi or just trying something new, Kabuki has an option for you.
The dude in charge of our table was great, we had a good time sharing food stories N floatinf on that love boat with my fiancee... Great night to remember. Thx for the service
Great choice for a nice lunch! Daily Happy hour 3 - 6. Grab a Kabuki Deluxe: salad, soup, CA roll, Teriyaki beef and chicken. #Burbank
Fresh and lively. Sushi is just fine, and the staff is freindly. Not my favorite, but a good basic lunch spot.
We thoroughly enjoyed Kabuki in Burbank. The food was wonderful and a great selection of sushi. We especially appreciated that they would make our sushi with brown rice, not too many places will do that. We were seated way in the back and felt like we were forgotten at times. They completely forgot about one of our rolls and the waitress asked if we still wanted it. That was the only negative...
Had a birthday there the other night and the service was poor. They keep apologizing however it never seemed to get better. It was a party of 5 and they crammed us at a table for 4. Then have the food came they they were almost done when the rest did. The food was good. But ruined a birthday!
Found this while in town on business. don't typically like places that have pictures of the food on the menu but this placed rocked. Food was exception, had a pork app that was delicious and tender and a bunch of roll, each better than the next. has the drink special, an awesome martini, $6.95 - would find this at $12 elsewhere.
The food was very good. They couldn't get my dad's martini right - but it must have been okay; dad still drank it. Server very nice and pleasant. Place a little too noisy - other than that; we had a great time.
The food was awful. The place is so noisy, we could hardly hear each other.
Chicken Teriyaki With Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura. Chicken was dry
It's ok food and high priced for what you get. The chefs special sashimi lunch as an enormous bowl of ice with very little fish. A scam. For $30
great menu with sushi and other japanese options. sake sampler was awesome and i was able to try 3 different kinds of sake! my favorite if the night was the spicy tuna over crispy rice! highly recommend it!
Solid flavors. Poor technique: all rolls fell apart easily. Delicious regardless. Good variety of Japanese food. Friendly n helpful staff.
This restaurant will always be busy, short on staff during the winter holidays, the wait staff tell lame jokes trying to impress because this is the Burbank locale for Kabuki. I have never been disappointed with the quality of the food here. You don't know how good the sushi is here until you move to a culturally dead city or out of state.
Bad Karma in your Kama. Man do I love Sushi! I've been a sushi lover since the 80's...oh dear, I'm dating myself. After finally flagging down someone to actually take our order, the server slapped down a bowl of edamame that smelled like old fish and was wilted, brown edged and warm like he dug it out of the dumpster! Well, I'm not sure how you can jack up edamame but I thought hey, lets see...
I like me the Sauteed Asparagus and the Fried Tofu. Their Lobster Dynamites have been popular, but I can’t roll that way. Their Tuna Tartare is okay as well.
...
i went last night & It was ok,the shrimp crunch roll as good.\r
The only thing i have a small complaint about is the service,i know they get busy but take each patron and treat them great all ...
How thrilled we were to find out that Kabuki had a gluten-free menu including gluten free soy sauce..And the best part of it is that I can get gluen free tempura...I cannot wait. Have not had it in 12 years and this is going to be a treat. I ate there last week and besides having friendly service and good sushi, we had a great time sitting on the patio on a beautiful spring day. I will be going...
happy hour is great! i love wokcano, but it is pricy at times. so i go to happy hour at kabuki. i love their service and philly rolls!
The service is very slow. We were two couples and two small children who only had the soup. I carried our drinks to the table after waiting for a very long time. I was surprised that the young waitress just let me carry our...
Friendly service, great sushi, good price! Very filling and good
This Kabuki, as well as the other one that I have gone to in Valencia, is a good place to get decent...
I thought the salmon hand rolls were horrible (salmon skin), however the salmon sushi was delicious, fresh and really good. Went there with a bunch of friends for the first time recently. I think I might go back!...
This is a good restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The sushi is very good - I recommend the shrip tempura rolls as well as the chicken. The edamame is also very good, and is served as an appetizer. The prices are reasonable - and it is good for either breakfast or dinner.
I've been a Kabuki goer for many years now and noticed alot of changes for the worse. First the price hike: they raised the prices to about 30-40% on the entire menu. I would have not minded but they rolls are much smaller...
I love Kabuki and Burbank's location is my favorite to go to. Burbank always has plenty of free parking options - not like Hollywood or Pasadena. I think the sushi is great for the price. There's a lot of options and...
I've been going to Kabuki for 3 yrs now and notice the quality becoming awful- the rolls are half the size they used to be; the raw fish such as tuna has been thawed out so many times it's tasteless!...
If you're in burbank and you get hungry for sushi, I reccomend this place. They have god sushi and it's not...
My favorite default place to eat. Nothing compares to good sushi and a great atmosphere
Not as fresh as Zono, prices a bit high for day old sushi. Good atmosphere - but long wait.
kabuki burbank: great restaurant great food for sushi lovers, clean and inviting
Okay sushi: Kabuki is okay if you are looking for mediocre sushi. Kabuki is always really busy and at lunch the line is out the door for this place. I had to wait 40 minutes for my order and I only had 1hr for lunch. The...
One problem with this Kabuki location is that this area of Burbank is incredibly crowded, and consequently the restaurant is always packed. However if you are willing to sit at th sushi bar, you can be seated a bit faster.
Kabuki is an o.k. is you are looking for mediocre sushi. Kabuki is always really busy and on weekend nights the line is out the door for this place.Sushi here is really inexpensive, However, the sushi here is frozen not fresh and you can tell by the taste. I have been given edamame here that was nearly frozen whereas ever other sushi bar in Burbank will steam them which makes it better. If you...
i love kabuki's 1/2 price sushi. you can order (safely) without thinking too much about whether or not you're going to overspend on sushi. for an average person, you can eat sushi till your heart's content for about $15-$20 dollars. it's a great place to take your significant other, to impress them and make sure that they're getting a good meal. it's always packed with customers.
you've...
