My mom and I decided to try Olive garden in Burbank because they are now serving people on the inside. We got greeted very friendly by some hostesses after maybe 15 or 20 minutes we got to sit on the inside and was served by...one of the best servers I ever had, and his name was Oliver. Oliver was very attentive, The food was quick it was great coffee was amazing It was just an overall success....
Curbside pick up being the only option right now is wonderful, but apparently their unlimited breadsticks no longer applies. I have asked for a couple extra breadsticks before and received them with no issue. I asked for a couple extra on my order today, but...instead of receiving them I was contacted by Stacy who told me I would have to pay extra for a couple more breadsticks. She had a...
Despite of the pandemic, they’re going out there way to make you feel as if you were still dining in. Courteous and friendly staff at the pickup point and as always their food is just delicioso with a fair price and a little thoughtful desert...is a nice touch??????
We had a nice dinner at this Burbank Olive Garden during our vacation week. Our meal consisted of 2 steaks, Chicken Scampi, Cavatappi Creamy Pesto, salad, and drinks. Tasty food and good service by Juan Carlos R.
When here for lunch with my mother was absolutely delicious and very affordable winter this Brice he was Exceptional
We came here for lunch and kept the order pretty simple.
2- soup and salad
2- 2 appetizer platter
1- spinach dip
I couldnt believe it, my son and I only had 1 bowl of salad and 2 bowls of soup each. The appetizers that...the ladies ordered were nice and hot.
Overall, the food was good, the service was good, and the best part of an Olive Garden visit is the chocolate mint at the end.
This is the best Olive Garden we've been to. Service was quick and we didn't have to wait to get our food. Food also came out hot. The staff was generous with the bread sticks and salad too. This...
Food was great and our waitress Rosa was very attentive and kind. First drinks were 3/4 full of ice , requested 2nd drinks with less ice and were fine. It matter when you're paying $13 per drink!...
Olive gardens are always busy and rushed resulting in service that could improve. This olive garden Is actually one of the best ones I've been to with better than usual service. The lady who...

This Olive Garden had a nice ambience and adequate service. Food was good, especially the salad. Normal Olive Garden experience.
I was expecting an average Olive Garden experience but the only thing like that was the 40 minute wait. The food was cold when it got to our table. The service was horrible!!! My son finished his ravioli before his grapes showed up after we...asked twice where they were. Ordered dessert from the electronic thing on the table so maybe someone else would drop it off. Our server brought our ticket...
I am sure everyone knows what you get at Olive Garden. The food is nothing to write home about, but also not bad.
This review is about what I call the Olive Garden system, or experience. My rating of one is solely because I can...not put a negative number as a rating.
If you have ever been to a Olive Garden you are likely familiar with the long wait you can expect. Well Olive Garden...
Decent Italian fare for a chain restaurant. They usually have a deal going with endless soup and salad or pasta bowls, knowing you're going to fill up on their salad and breadsticks before you can take advantage of the pasta refills.
The food was great everything was great especially the fettuccini Alfredo. It was all very good. The service was very fast
If you like Olive Garden then you will like this place.
It's pretty predictable, but the service can be improved in order to make this a more desirable location.
One of the best olive gardens I have visited
The server was fantastic I can't remember her name but she was quick efficient and very attentive
She offered free tasters of sangria and then served us there fantastic soup / salad and bread sticks

great place for a quick lunch or dinner with friends or family, Love their Garlic bread and unlimited salad. yummy appetizers and past and more pasta. simply delicious.
Despite living in America for 5 years, my family and I have never visited and Olive Garden! We quickly fixed that this evening, and it was worth the wait!!
We had a wonderful server, Jayvon (apologies if I've spelt it wrong!) who was beyond helpful...and polite. He completely made our experience! We were seated immediately, and our food was delicious!
The atmosphere is wonderful, smells wonderful, but the expectation prevents tell what really serves. Well let's see what will happen next.We hope it will be delicious.Oh God how delicious. Soup is...

Once again, another great experience at Olive Garden. We stopped by for lunch after doing our business at Verizon next door. We got there around 12 or so, just in time before the huge lunch crowd did. Sat at a table in the bar area, a very nice location. Breana was awesome. She told us about all of the …
Came out to eat at Olive Garden with my family and the waitress was very polite and she brought the appetizer real fast. The wait time was 1 hour but it was worth our wait because the food was very delicious.
I try not to eat at chain restruarants, but it happens sometimes. This one was surprisingly good. Service was great and the food arrived quickly and hot. Wine choices were good, too. I tried the Zuppa Toscana and Chicken and Gnocchi soups. I didn't like the first one because it has kale, although the …
Fantastic place to eat. Great service, delicious Italian food, great parking, and amazing environment.
This is not the first time I'm eating in Olive Garden ( love italian food ) and every time the food and the service is very good, this time I tried the CRAVING CLASSIC SPAGHETTI it was delicious.
I love Olive Garden and especially the unlimited salad and bread sticks. This one however, gets 3 stars from me when I factor in the hordes of unsupervised children than run rampant through the...

Best restaurant ever and best service with Ruby Montenegro

Thanks for supporting us veterans! Much appreciated and outstanding service!
Honestly we come the most during the never ending pasta bowl. It's a great price point for a family of four. Plus the hubby and I can get sangria.
I had wonderful time in this olive garden. Excellent customer service, great food, and unlimited delicious breadsticks!
Deliciosa comida! Disfrute mucho el lugar y el mesero muy amable!

Olive Garden has been known for their breadsticks and salads and I still love it after all these years. Their food is okay, probably a 3. Stick with pastas, don't order seafood or steak and you'll be fine. I'd give it a 5 for customer service though. Our server was friendly and apologetic when my husband's steak …
This Olive Garden restaurant is closest to where I live, so we've been coming her for a couple years now. About five or six years ago I remember everything was so delicious! The breadsticks were toasted to perfection, the salad was so fresh, everything we ordered was yummy. Until two years ago when they …
This review is only for the Olive Garden in this Burbank empire location. First , we were waiting to tell the host how many are in our party and this group kept loitering in front of the host and he saw us waiting for them to move and he never asked them to move aside for us. Second we kept getting different …
We had decided to celebrate my younger cousins graduation from high school last Thursday 6/5/14 at the Olive Garden in burbank , considering it was farther than other restaurants I regularly visit, I decided to drive further for her since she's like a sister for me and it's her night. My older cousin left approx. …
This is a great Olive Garden. The staff is friendly, the food is what you would expect and it's a beautiful location This is a chain and you know what you're getting. But if you're in the area shopping or work nearby this is a good option for an affordable lunch
Disgusting. How does anyone eat this. I know you all think bread sticks are good but this place is just sub par food. You live in Los Angeles. Go find some real italian.
Got the all-you-can-eat pasta menu, naturally. I personally like simple pastas so this was just perfect. I also got the stuffed mushrooms (a MUST have if you adore cheese and mushrooms).
...
I think this is a great place to have a group dinner or gathering that is affordable for everyone! I would not recommend the unlimited pasta, it looked like something you can make at home. But the unlimited soup and salad are good and can get you full with the bread that comes with it. You get your money worth it!
Went here for lunch today. (8/17/12) Enjoyed everything but I am in a wheelchair and was unable to get to the men's room. Sofa and loveseat blocked the way. Had to park wheelchair and walk along wall to get into bathroom.\r
Great Lunch. I haven't been to any Olive Garden for a long time. My co-worker and I decided to go last Friday because I found out they served panini at lucnh.
Good food. Always seemed crowded. Long wait on evenings.
I've been to this location a few times and have been pleased with there service, all but one time.\r

Which would happen to be the last time I went. I took my date there and we ended up sitting at the bar to eat/drink. And the Bartender kept trying to give us a check after each thing we ordered kind of as if 'okay you can go now' which was very rude. I know it was because he had friends...

Which would happen to be the last time I went. I took my date there and we ended up sitting at the bar to eat/drink. And the Bartender kept trying to give us a check after each thing we ordered kind of as if 'okay you can go now' which was very rude. I know it was because he had friends there, which were obnoxious, and he gave them service before anyone else and free dishes drinks. Kept talking to them non-stop and would ignore the rest of the customers.
Besides that one unpleasant...
I do, and always have, liked the olive garden. However, this does not include their generally horrendous wait times. Tom and I stopped by the Burbank location on our way from a day in Universal Studios and doing the Hollywood tourist thing. We arrived around 8 PM so it was nice to be seated immediately instead of waiting with a buzzer for our turn. We quickly ordered the Ravioli di Portabello...
The food was good but the wait for a table was to long.
We went to celebrate here with the family. Arrived after 7pm and there was a little bit of wait. They give those battery operated buzzers to notify when your table is ready so you don't have to wait inside. We were seated in a nice booth. Orders took a bit of time. The food was fresh and tasted great! Would definitely return to this location. Lots of different stuff nearby (Krispy Kreme,...
In ShortEstablished in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese...
Its average Italian food but I guess if you have not had good Italian food.
I am so tired of you Burbank trash complaining about the Olive Garden. You had to wait.... so don't....Wendy's is right next door go there, its apparent you really want fast food. Also, you complain about the quality and the price of the food, the menu is not overpriced and the quality of the food for the cheap price your getting it for is fine. If you want fine dinning go get fine dinning, the Olive Garden a chain restaurant which is a step up from McDonald's so quit complaining. Oh and you complain about the wait staff and the hosts when really you have no idea what their jobs are. They...
Why is it that every time that we try and go to the Olive Garden restaurant in Burbank, it is always at least 50 mins. to over an hour wait. If the restaurant is so damn popular then why dont they expand the seating capacity...
Terrible service!. The first time we visited the Glendale restaurant, we waited 20 minutes until our drink order was taken. Another 10 passed before the drinks arrived. Then the flamboyant waiter floated back to our table and took our order. Our salad came quickly but the food took over an hour! The waiter then sashayed back to our table and claimed that the water heater was broken therefore...

Is waiting 3 hours for a table even an option??? Who would wait 3 hours!!! I've been told more than once at dinner time that there is a 3 hour wait!!! LOL no thanks!!!! I can be a third of my way to Italy by then & I would have had been served a meal on the plane!!!
When you do get a seat you get a meatball thats as edible as a little rubber bouncing ball....seriously my mother was served the grossest meatballs ever, Other than that I haven't had a bad meal there. But Like I said you cant get a seat. ANd if you peek in the restaurant you will see they are barely half full. aparently...
Where I grew up, eating out at Olive Garden was ""fine dining."" I freely admit that with so many excellent Italian restaurants in LA, I was skeptical about eating at a chain restaurant. What I didn't figure on was how expensive it would be. For two people, two main dishes and iced teas, it came out to $58! The food was nothing to write home about but I was almost offended to pay so much for such mediocre food. It's just...bland and generic. Don't they microwave all their dishes from frozen mixes?
Cons
- too expensive for bland, pedestrian "italian"
beware of wait: I like olive garden, and I tend to get good services here, however the wait is horrible.
customer service unacceptable: we have arrived and asked how long to wait to be sitted and was told 40-50mins wait. so we waited since we like the food and the last time we were there we were treated well. upon reaching 1...

Generally, you know exactly what to expect from the Olive Garden. You get in line with all the other diners and wait your turn to order the known entity of ""never-ending pasta"" and have your soup, salad and breadsticks. In a place like this, the only things that distinguish it from other restaurants is the service. This location had good service. Much better than the Arcadia location and slightly above the Glendale incarnation. Otherwise, they're pretty much all the same...
